What We Look For
- Students from technical HBO programs such as Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Product Design, or Aerospace Engineering.
- Interest in one or more of the following themes: drones, hydrogen technology, 3D printing, sustainable energy, shipbuilding, or CAD modeling.
Your Role & Collaboration
- Guide MBO students without taking over their work.
- Strong coaching and teamwork skills, ideally with experience in project-based work.
- Able to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively.
Practical Skills
- Experience with 3D printing, CAD software (Inventor, SolidWorks, Fusion 360), laser cutting, or other relevant technologies.
- Knowledge of hydrogen technology or alternative fuels is a plus for specific challenges, such as Holthausen or the drone assignment.
Availability & Motivation
- Available for part of the challenge (April 23).
- Excited about multidisciplinary collaboration with MBO students.
- Actively contribute to solutions and provide technical support.
