Healthcare is about making people better. Yet, in doing so, we also create a significant environmental footprint. Each year the UMCG produces over 50.500 tons of CO2 emissions through healthcare, research and education.
During this excursion, you will learn how UMCG is working towards a more sustainable healthcare system. Strategic Sustainability Manager Krista Moeijes-Bosgra will explain the six key sustainability themes that help maintain an innovative and future-proof healthcare system.
