Energy Changemakers is an initiative from Gasunie and New Energy Academy. Hear from changemakers and high-profile speakers, and discuss the energy transition with them. Attendees also have the opportunity to share their ideas in a paper and win an inspiring prize.

Hydrogen is the topic of the first Energy Changemakers event. Our speakers will discuss potential barriers to creating a hydrogen economy, and you will discover how Gasunie and Shell plan to address them. This event is a great opportunity to debate with high-profile speakers from Shell and Gasunie, convey your point of view, and network with other energy professionals and students. The energy transition needs ideas, big and small. We think there are many unexplored ideas that could benefit the energy transition, so we challenge you to share your thoughts in an Energy Change Paper that focuses on hydrogen. Take a look at this page to get an idea about what we are looking for.

The Energy Change Papers are rated on three aspects:

  • Creativity
  • Potential impact
  • Critical reflection

The writer of the best paper will win free entry to an online hydrogen course with a value of €400. Please submit your paper te latest on Thursday the 12th of May by emailing it to academy@newenergycoalition.org. Questions can also be sent to this address.
