Lack of space or lack of support?

According to the latest IPCC report, the chances of achieving 1.5 degrees Celsius seem remote. We must speed up the energy transition; install wind turbines, lay power lines, build green gas factories and electrolysers. But do we have the necessary space for this in the Netherlands? After all, we also need to consider local residents, business owners and farmers in the area.

Gasunie x New Energy Academy: Changemakers

We believe that discussing outside your own bubble can yield new insights that accelerate the energy transition. After all, a challenge this big requires thinking and acting out of the box. During the Energy Changemakers events, we discuss the energy transition with a diverse group of people (business, students, government and other interested parties). We will do this on the basis of statements. Energy Changemakers is an initiative of Gasunie and New Energy Coalition.
